Not only maintainaing Shadi Mahal, but the institution has undertaken so many welfare program for the welfare of women, child, old age, farmers etc., The institution had running child Labor School for the welfare of children and also formed many of Self Help Groups for welfare of women in their own economical status. That the institution has conducted many of the training for the welfare of youth, women, artisans, etc., having good experience in conducting any of the program. 

The priority sector of the organization is Environment, Educational, Rural Development, Women development, Cultural Activities, Consumer welfare activities, Road Satiety Program, Bio diversity Campaign, Socio Economic Program, Yoga and Ayurvedic camps, Health lamps, Puke polio camps, Apparel Training program, Computer education, Skill Training to Youths, Naturopathy Awareness program, Apparel training, Women Rehabilitation Program, Legal awareness, Aids Awareness, Farmers Training etc., and since inception the Organization is conducting social welfare activities on Youth Development, Women Development, educational awareness, Rural Development activities etc., from its own resources. The organization has established good rapport with other N G O's and Government departments and the target groups that is rural poor.
